Gowrie NSW is a non-profit-organisation founded in 1940, providing diverse education and care, family support and professional development services to the early and middle childhood sector across NSW and ACT.

Services Include:

 

  • Children's Programs

  • 8 Early Education and Care centres

  • 12 Outside of School Hours & Vacation Care programs

  • 11 Early Learning Centres in TAFE NSW for migrant families studying English (AMEP program)


Family Programs


A service centre to help place children in childcare across NSW & ACT for migrant families studying English (AMEP program)
A provider of The Child and Family Information Line (Phone: 8571 9783 or toll free 1800 803 820), a referral service funded by the Department of Education.


Professional Learning


Gowrie NSW Education Hub is our training organisation which provides mentoring and consulting, professional development courses and online tutorials to early and middle childhood professionals.


Inclusion Support Agency


Gowrie NSW delivers the Government's Inclusion Support Programme for regional NSW location
Over the past 79 years, Gowrie NSW has greatly contributed to the richness of early and middle childhood across NSW. With a focus on research and contemporary pedagogical methodology, we have demonstrated a strong leadership commitment to working in partnership across generations to provide a range of programs and resources that support children, families, and education professionals.
